What is Feed Good Rewards™?

Feed Good Rewards™ is a different kind of rewards program that’s dedicated to eating well, reducing waste, giving back to our communities, and saving on grocery costs while doing it. Our community includes recipes using our Bimbo Canada products, Monthly Draws, contests and sweepstakes and opportunities to save with coupon offerings.

How do I earn points?

Currently, there are 5 ways to earn points:

  • Create your Feed Good Rewards™ account. 500 points.
  • Subscribe to our newsletter. 500 points at sign up only.
  • View a recipe. 500 points.
  • Rate a recipe. 500 points once per recipe.
  • Share a recipe. 1000 points once shared recipe link is opened.

What is the difference between lifetime points and monthly points?

Monthly points qualify the number of entries into the Monthly Draw. One (1) entry for every 500 points earned. Members are automatically entered into the Feed Good Rewards™ Monthly Draw based on the number of entries they qualify for. Any unused points are reset to zero (0) at the end of each month. For example: 

  • 500 monthly points = 1 entry into Monthly Draw 
  • 1,000 monthly points = 2 entries into Monthly Draw 

Lifetime points are the total accumulation of points you gain each month which determines the amount donated to Food Banks Canada and stay with you as long as your account remains active.  By tracking cumulative points over time for each user (lifetime points), you can see how much you’ve contributed towards donations. For example: 

  • 2000 points = 1 meal 

What can I do with my points?

Your points can be used to qualify for the Monthly Draw: 500 points = 1 entry. More points mean more chances to win!

Your collective total of points each month are used to determine the amount donated to Food Banks Canada. 2000 points = 1 meal.

Are points worth real money?

Feed Good Rewards™ points hold no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Your points earn you entries into our Monthly Draw and contribute to our collection of monthly points for meal donations to Food Banks Canada.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

There is no limit to the number of points members can earn with Feed Good Rewards™.

Where can I see my points?

You can access your points balance on the Homepage or under Account Settings. You can also receive monthly emails that detail your point balance.

Can I opt out of participating in the Monthly Draw?

No, entries into the Monthly Draw are automatic once you reach 500 points.

Please contact us. Our team will be able to help.

Where have my points gone for the month?

At the end of each month, the points you’ve earned will be used to enter you into the Monthly Draw, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries, equal to 5000 points. Your points for the next month will reset to zero (0) allowing you to collect and earn new entries for the next Monthly Draw. You can track your lifetime total points collected within your profile.

What are the prizes?

For Monthly Draws, Feed Good Rewards™ will give away ten (10) $250 Gift Cards to ten (10) members of Feed Good Rewards™ each month, selected at random.

How do I know I won?

Potential winners will be notified by email that they have been selected as a winner and must respond to the email within 48 hours. If we don’t receive a response in time, an alternate winner will be chosen from the valid entries.

How many times can I win one of the Monthly Draws?

Each month, you have the chance to win once per draw. At the end of each month, your points will reset to zero (0), allowing you to collect new points to be eligible for the next Monthly Draw. See Official Terms & Conditions for full promotion details.


How do I rate recipes?

After viewing a recipe, you will have the option to rate it by clicking on the number of stars: 0 stars for I hate it to 5 stars for I love it, it’s the best thing since sliced bread.


How do I receive coupons?

As a member, you’ll have access to coupons on Feed Good Rewards™ regardless of your point balance. To allow our members instant access to these savings,  most of our coupons are offered for print at home, with some selected coupons available for mail-to-home via local postal service, while supplies last.  Mail-to-home coupons will take approximately 10-12 business days to receive.

What kind of coupons do you offer?

Feed Good Rewards™ offers exclusive coupons to our members from participating Bimbo Canada brands.

Coupon quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit of one (1) per coupon offer, per member. Coupons are valid only on stated products and are subject to stated terms. Reproductions not accepted.

How many coupons can I get per month?

As a member, you are entitled to download all coupons made available through Feed Good Rewards™. Subject to availability and household limits.

Please note you will need a printer connection to print your coupons. Coupon quantities are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limit of one (1) print per coupon offer, per member. Coupons are valid only on stated products and are subject to stated terms. Reproductions not accepted.

Some select coupons may be made available for mail to home, through the local postal service, to the address provided at the point of redemption within 10-12 business days.

What if my coupons won’t print?

All our available coupons will be accessible for printing at home. If you have printing issues, please follow these easy steps:

  • Install Adobe Reader if it’s not installed already.  Need to install or update Adobe Reader?  Please consult our installation guide.
  • Before printing your coupons, check that the "Enable Acrobat JavaScript" option is selected in the Adobe Reader settings.
  • Turn on your printer (and make sure you have ink).
  • Make sure you are using the default printer settings on your computer. Test your printer before attempting any real prints – coupon prints are not unlimited!
  • Print from a computer or a printer-connected device.
    • When printing your coupons, an .fdf file will be downloaded onto your computer.  You will have one (1) hour to print from this file:

What do I do if my coupon isn’t accepted at the retailer?

Acceptance of coupons is at the discretion of the individual retailer. We suggest trying your coupon at another store.

How long does it take to receive my coupon?

You can instantly print your coupon directly from the Feed Good Rewards™ website.
Please note, from the moment the coupon has been downloaded to your computer, you will have one (1) hour to print it.

If you opted to receive your coupon via mail (subject to availability), this will take approximately 10-12 business days to arrive through the local postal service.

Can the coupon be emailed or mailed to me?

Only select coupons & special offers are available to be mailed to home. This will be appropriately tagged or displayed on the webpage for selection. All our coupons are available for Print at Home, while supplies last, to allow our members' instant access to these savings.

You can also create a Cashback account which is available for redemption at the following Canadian retailers:
Walmart, Jean Coutu, Loblaws, Provigo, Maxi, No Frills, Real Canadian Super Store, Atlantic Super Store, Independent Grocer, and Rexall. We are always looking to add more stores.


How are my points calculated for donations?

Each month, Bimbo Canada will make a donation based on the collective monthly points earned by all members. These points are converted into a meal equivalent at Food Banks Canada. Every 2000 points earned is equivalent to 1 meal. There is a maximum of 15,000 meals ($7,500) per month.

How do I change my preferences for email communications?

You can update your email preferences through Account Settings.

Will I still receive special offers if I opt out of marketing communications?

If you opt out of marketing communications, you’ll only receive messages pertaining to your account activity on Feed Good Rewards™. Special offers will come from our brand partnerships, so if you opt out, you’ll miss out.

How do I delete my profile?

We’ll be sad to see you go, but you have the option to delete your profile in your Account Settings.
