Ingredients
- 2 slices of Oroweat® Keto Loaf
- 1 tbsp of Olive oil
- Sprinkle of dried Parsley
- Sprinkle of Lemon pepper
- Fresh ground Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Cut two slices of bread in crouton size squares
- Put in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil
- Sprinkle with parsley, lemon pepper, salt, and pepper
- Bake at 375° F for 15 minutes
- Let cool and top on your favourite salad
