Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
  • 8 slices thick Bacon
  • 1 Avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 4 Slices Fontina
  • 4 Slices Mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Goat Cheese
  • 1 cup (250ml) Pico de Gallo
  • 4 Scallions, sliced
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Line a large plate with paper towel
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat then, lay in strips of Bacon and cook for 4-5 minutes per side
  4. Transfer the cooked Bacon onto the lined plate and set aside
  5. Evenly divide and spread 2 slices of bread with Goat’s Cheese
  6. Layer with slices of Fontina, Mozzarella, Avocado, Bacon, Pico de Gallo, Tomato Slices and Scallions
  7. Top each with the remaining slices of bread
  8. Place in an oven-proof pan and toast in oven for approximately 10 minutes until cheese gets melty and bacon is warmed through
