It’s a trip to France in burger form and sure to become your family’s new favourite!
Ingredients
- 4 Villaggio Artesano® Brioche Hamburger Buns
- 1 lb (454 g) ground chuck
- 1 lb (454 g) ground sirloin
- Salt and pepper
- 1 lb (454 g) French brie
- 12 slices of crispy cooked bacon
- 6 -8 tbsp (90-120 mL) fig preserves
Directions
- Combine the chuck and sirloin with the salt and pepper to taste
- Form into four (4) patties and refrigerate for 1-2 hours
- Before cooking, brush with olive oil
- Grill or BBQ patties for approximately 3-4 minutes
- Flip and top with brie
- Cooking for 3-4 minutes, or to preferred doneness (approximately 3-4 minutes for medium rare)
- Grill Villaggio® Artesano™ Brioche hamburger buns
- Slather bottom of Villaggio® Artesano™ Brioche hamburger buns
- Top with patty and bacon
