Ingredients
- 4 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Blend
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C)
- Cut tortillas into 4 long strips and cut each strip into triangle shapes. Place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil and taco seasoning and mix to coat. Place in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, chicken and black beans, and put back in the oven for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Once ready, top with tomatoes and cilantro and serve right away
Tip: Add guacamole and sour cream for some extra flavour!
