In a mixing bowl whisk the eggs together with the half and half and sugar.
Soak the bagel halves in the egg mixture for about 1 minute per side.
Mix the mascarpone with lemon juice and icing sugar
Heat up a frying pan and melt the butter over medium-high heat.
Add in the bagel slices and cook for a few minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
In a separate saucepan, heat the maple syrup and 1 cup of blueberries and bring to a quick boil, then reduce heat to medium and cook for about 10 mins. Allow this to cool to a lukewarm temperature, then stir in the remaining fresh blueberries.
Spread the bottom halves of the bagels with the mascarpone mixture, then add blueberry syrup, and top with the remaining bagel half.
Top with blueberry syrup and fresh blueberries and serve.
