Caesar Salad Tortilla Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 Dempster’s® 100% Whole Wheat Large Tortillas
- Cooking spray
- 1/2 tsp dry Italian Herbs
- 2 cups Romaine, chopped
- 1 Chicken Breast, roasted and cubed
- 1/4 cup pre-cooked Bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Caesar Dressing
Directions
- To make your edible tortilla bowls, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat the tortillas with cooking spray on both sides and sprinkle with dry Italian herbs. Place each one inside an oven-safe bowl. Bake for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
- Once the bowls are ready, divide the romaine, chicken, bacon and tomatoes between the two bowls. Drizzle Caesar dressing and enjoy!
Tip: Break your bowl to use as croutons!
