Ingredients
Sandwich:
- 1 pack of Villaggio Artesano® Roasted Garlic Baguettes
- Black Truffle Butter
- 2 Russet Potatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
- 6 ozs (170g) thinly sliced Bistro Ham
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
- 6 ozs (170g) Creamy Camembert
- Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup (125g) Cornichons, sliced
Truffle Butter:
- 1 cup (250g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 2 small Black Truffles, chopped
- 1 tsp Truffle Oil
- Flaky Sea Salt
Directions
- Prepare Baguettes according to package directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
- Prepare truffle butter by blending softened butter with chopped black truffles and truffle oil, finishing with a pinch of flaky sea salt
- Toss potato slices with olive oil and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Arrange in a single layer
- Roast at 400°F (205°C) until golden and crispy
- Cut the baguette in half lengthwise the top and bottom with truffle butter, then layer with ham, onions, cheese, potato slices and cornichons and serve
