Cam Ham Baguette

  • 1 pack of Villaggio Artesano® Roasted Garlic Baguettes
  • Black Truffle Butter
  • 2 Russet Potatoes, sliced
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
  • 6 ozs (170g) thinly sliced Bistro Ham
  • 1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
  • 6 ozs (170g) Creamy Camembert
  • Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Cornichons, sliced

Truffle Butter:

  • 1 cup (250g) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 2 small Black Truffles, chopped
  • 1 tsp Truffle Oil
  • Flaky Sea Salt


  1. Prepare Baguettes according to package directions
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
  3. Prepare truffle butter by blending softened butter with chopped black truffles and truffle oil, finishing with a pinch of flaky sea salt
  4. Toss potato slices with olive oil and transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet
  5. Arrange in a single layer
  6. Roast at 400°F (205°C) until golden and crispy
  7. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise the top and bottom with truffle butter, then layer with ham, onions, cheese, potato slices and cornichons and serve
