Cranberry Gouda Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of Villaggio Artesano® Original White Bread
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Olive Oil
- 1 cup (250ml) Cranberry sauce
- 1 cup (250g) frozen Cranberries
- 1/2 cup (125g) dried Cranberries
- 20 oz (550g) Brie, grated
- 2 sticks Butter, melted
- 1 clove of Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15g) dried Thyme
- 1 tbsp (15g) dried Rosemary
- 1/4 cup (62.5g) fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- Suggested garnish: chopped Chives
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Measure out aluminum foil to twice the length of 1 loaf of bread
- Brush aluminum foil with Olive Oil and transfer bread to the center
- In another small bowl, combine melted Butter with Garlic, Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley and Salt & Pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, mix the Cranberry Sauce together with Frozen Cranberries and Cried Cranberries
- Grate cold whole Brie Cheese, including rind, into another Bowl
- Working in sections of 4-5 slices at a time, layer with Melted Butter mixture, Cranberries and sprinkle with Grated Brie Cheese
- Repeat process until the loaf is completely coated and full of the ingredients
- Sprinkle any remaining cheese over the top
- Wrap the foil around entire loaf
- Bake at heated oven 375°F (190°C) for 20-30 minutes until bread is toasty, melty and your kitchen smells great
- Serve very hot and yummy
