Decadent Maple Syrup Buttered Toasts with Shredded Duck

2 Artesano® Classic White Baguettes
1/2 cup (125ml) Butter, melted
1/2 cup (125ml) Maple Syrup
2 Candied Duck Legs
1/2 cup (125ml) Dried Cranberries, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) with the oven rack in the middle position.
In a bowl, mix the butter, maple syrup and a little salt and pepper.
Cut the baguette diagonally into longer slices.
Dip each toast in the prepared mixture.
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat, place the croutons on the pan and bake for about 15 minutes, turning the bread pieces halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the skin and bones from the candied duck legs and shred the meat.
In a bowl, mix the shredded meat with the cranberries.
