Fig Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 Slices of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
 - 1 tbsp (30mL) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 1 tbsp (30g) Butter
 - 4 Fresh Figs Slices
 - 1/4 - 1/2 Cup (60-125g) Fig Jam
 - 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
 - 2 slices Muenster Cheese
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
 - Spread 2 slices of Bread with Fig Jam
 - Layer with Sliced Figs and both cheeses
 - Top with the remaining 2 slices of Bread
 - In an oven-proof skillet / fry pan over medium high heat, heat up the Olive Oil and melt Butter in oil
 - Gently slide the two sandwiches into the hot pan and brown the bread, for approximately 10-15 minutes.
 - Then, carefully flip both sandwiches and place the pan into a preheated 350°F (180°C) oven for 15 minutes until top is golden brown and the cheese is melted
 
Tip: Serve with small Arugula Salad
