Grilled Peach and Burrata Toast

Sliced Bread


  • 4 slices of Artesano® Original White Bread
  • 2 tbsp (30ml) Butter
  • 4 Peaches, peeled and cut in 8
  • 1 Red Onion, sliced
  • 1 Burrata Cheese Ball
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) Olive Oil
  • 4 tbsp (60ml) White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 8 Basil Leaves, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Butter the bread slices.
  2. In a hot grill pan or on the barbecue, grill the bread slices, for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, grill the peaches and the onion slices for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide the peaches and onion between the slices of bread.
  7. Cut the burrata in 4 and place in the centre of each slice of bread, add the basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
