  • 1 Package Dempster's® Original Hamburger Buns (8)
  • 8 Portobello mushrooms, stemmed (about 3 to 3 ½-inch each)
  • 1 cup (250 mL) baby spinach
  • 2 red bell peppers, cored and quartered
  • ½ cup (125 mL) crumbled herb goat cheese


  1. Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well.
  2. Grill mushrooms and peppers for 4 to 5 minutes per side or until grill-marked and tender.
  3. Meanwhile, toast buns.
  4. Fill each bun with some spinach, Portobello, red pepper, and crumbled goat cheese.
  5. If serving for less people, divide accordingly.

Substitute your favourite flavoured goat cheese like peppercorn or cranberry.
