Holiday Tapenade Crostini

  • 1 pack Villaggio Artesano® Roasted Garlic Baguettes
  • Olive Oil, for brushing
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup (125g) frozen Cranberries, sliced
  • 1 cup (250g) Olives, pitted
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Almond slices, toasted
  • 7 oz (200g) Manchego Cheese, sliced thin
  • 2 sprigs of fresh Rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C)
  2. Cut baguettes into rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet in a single layer, and brush with a bit of olive oil on both sides, then sprinkle with salt & pepper
  3. Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 8-10 minutes until crispy on top
  4. In a large mixing bowl, toss sliced cranberries with olives and almonds
  5. Place cheese slices on toasted baguettes rounds, layer with cranberry and olive mix and finish with a delightful sprig of fresh rosemary
