Ingredients
- 8 Slices Dempster’s® White Bread
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Peanut butter
- 4 tbsp (60 mL) Raspberry jam (or your favourite jam)
- 6 Eggs
- 2-3 tbsp (30-45 mL) Milk or cream
- Pinch cinnamon
- 2-3 tbsp (15-30 mL) Vegetable oil
- Icing sugar for dusting
Directions
French Toast:
- Spread peanut butter and jam on each of the four slices of bread. Top with remaining bread slices.
- Whisk the eggs, milk and cinnamon together in a shallow baking dish.
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating completely and place into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Serve, dusted with icing sugar.

Serve with fresh berries.
