Pesto Egg Toast

Ingredients
- 1 slice of Dempster’s® 100% Whole Grains 12 Grains Bread
 - 2 tbsp (15g) feta cheese, crumbled
 - 1 tbsp (15ml) pesto, pre-made
 - 1 egg, large
 - 1/2 tsp (1g) chili flakes (optional)
 
Directions
- Toast your bread slice in the toaster.
 - In the meantime, melt the feta in a small frying pan on medium heat. Add pesto, and allow it warm up for 2 minutes, until bubbling.
 - Crack your egg on top of the feta pesto mixture and cook until you reach the desired consistency.
 - Place egg on the toast, sprinkle with chili flakes if desired and enjoy!
 
Tip: Swap pesto for chili oil for a different experience!
