Picky-Eater Air Fryer Chicken Tender Wrap

A great way to get your little ones excited about mealtime. Packed with tender, air-fried chicken strips, all wrapped up in a soft Dempster's® tortilla for a quick and easy dinner option!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package of Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
  • 1 (700g) package of frozen chicken strips/fingers
  • 1 Large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey mustard
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400°F (204°C)
  2. Place as many Frozen Chicken Strips/Fingers in one layer inside the basket
  3. Cook for 8 minutes
  4. Turn off Air Fryer and allow to sit in chicken to sit in the basket for an additional 5 minutes to continue heating up the inside
  5. Spread each tortilla with honey mustard, top with chopped tomato, shredded lettuce and sprinkle with cheese
  6. Top each with chicken tenders and roll tightly and slice in half for serving
  7. Option to serve with suggested dipping sauces; Ketchup, Sweet & Sour or BBQ Sauce
