Ingredients
- 4 Dempster's® Original Medium Tortillas
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup (75 mL) strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) melted butter
Directions
- Stir cream cheese with jam. Spread evenly over one side of two tortillas, leaving a 1-inch (2.5 cm) border all around.
- Cap with remaining tortillas; brush the outer sides of tortillas with melted butter.
- Preheat the waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Press each sandwich in waffle maker for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Tip: Serve with maple syrup if desired.
