1 pack of Villaggio Artesano® Classic White Baguettes
1/4 cup (62.5ml) Olive Oil
1 lb (500g) Strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tbsp (30ml) Honey
1 cup (250g) Goat Cheese, creamed
4 tbsp Heavy Cream
1/2 cup (125g) toasted Pistachios
Prepare the baguettes according to the package directions
Preheat oven to 350° (180°C)
Line 3 baking trays with parchment paper and strawberries, baguettes, and pistachios in each
In a small bowl, coat the strawberries with honey, then, spread them into a single layer on the baking tray
In the upper rack, bake strawberries for approximately 10-15 minutes, then give the tray a quick stir to continue to bake for an additional 10 minutes, but keep an eye on ensuring that the honey/edges don’t’ get burned
Slice the Baguettes into rounds and brush olive oil over both sides of each slice, then, bake in a single layer on the middle rack for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden
Evenly spread out the pistachios on the 3rd baking tray and bake on the lower rack for about 10 minutes.
Allow to cool, enough to handle
Spread each with goat cheese, then, layer with strawberries and finish with a sprinkle of toasted pistachios and a drizzle of strawberry juices
