Stuffed Banana Air Fryer PB&J Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread
  • 2 tbsp (60g) Butter
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Jelly (Grape, Strawberry, Raspberry)
  • 1/4 cup (20g) Peanut Butter or favorite Nut Butter
  • 1 large Banana, sliced
  • 4 tbsp (120g) Honey

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (180°C)
  2. Spread 2 slices of bread with Nut Butter and Jelly, then layer with Banana slices and Honey
  3. Top with remaining 2 Slices of Bread
  4. Evenly divide and spread Butter over the outsides of the 2 Sandwiches
  5. Place in air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes at 360°F (180°C)
  6. Carefully remove and flip the sandwiches and continue to air fry at the same temperature for another 5-7 minutes
  7. Serve hot and toasty
