Ingredients
- 8 slices of Stonemill® Bakehouse Chia & Supergrains Bread, toasted
- 300g (1.5 cups) smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 300g (1.5 cups)whipped cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) lemon juice
- Chives, sliced
- 2 tablespoon (30ml) everything bagel spice mix
Directions
- In a medium bowl, add whipped cream cheese and lemon juice and mix well to combine. Set aside
- On a serving plate, place 2 slices of the toasted bread and spread each with 2tbsp of cream cheese mixture.
- Top each one with 2 slices of smoked salmon.
- Sprinkle the “everything bagel spice mix” over the salmon and top with fresh chives.
