A whole turkey dinner in a sandwich!
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Villaggio® Sesame Italian Style Thick Slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 1/4 cup (60g) Mayonnaise
- 1 cup (250g) Baby Spinach
- 8 oz (250g) Turkey, deli or leftover
- 4 slices Provolone
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup (60-125g) Cranberry Sauce
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to broil
- Evenly divide and spread Mayonnaise over 4 slices of bread
- Layer two of the bread slices with Baby Spinach, Turkey and Provolone
- Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt cheese
- Top with Cranberry Sauce and the remaining slice of bread to complete sandwich
