Turkey, Cranberry, Brie and Spinach Sandwich

A whole turkey dinner in a sandwich!

Deli Style
Sliced Bread


  • 4 slices of Villaggio® Sesame Italian Style Thick Slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup (250g) Baby Spinach
  • 8 oz (250g) Turkey, deli or leftover
  • 4 slices Provolone
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup (60-125g) Cranberry Sauce
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to broil
  2. Evenly divide and spread Mayonnaise over 4 slices of bread
  3. Layer two of the bread slices with Baby Spinach, Turkey and Provolone
  4. Place under broiler for 1-2 minutes to melt cheese
  5. Top with Cranberry Sauce and the remaining slice of bread to complete sandwich
