Ingredients
- 4 slices of Villaggio Artesano® Sourdough Bread
- 2 tbsp (30g) Butter
- 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
- 2 tbsp (30g) Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup (62.5g) toasted shredded Coconut
- 1/2 cup (125g) UBE spread
Directions
- 4 slices of bread
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan, over medium heat, then, add brown sugar and continue cooking until dissolved
- Add in bananas and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and caramelized
- Spread 2 slices of bread with UBE Spread
- Layer with caramelized bananas
- Sprinkle with coconut and top with the remaining slice of bread
