Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Villaggio Artesano® Sourdough Bread
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Butter
  • 2 Bananas, peeled and sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup (62.5g) toasted shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup (125g) UBE spread

Directions

  1. 4 slices of bread
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan, over medium heat, then, add brown sugar and continue cooking until dissolved
  3. Add in bananas and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until golden brown and caramelized
  4. Spread 2 slices of bread with UBE Spread
  5. Layer with caramelized bananas
  6. Sprinkle with coconut and top with the remaining slice of bread
