Veggies with Garlic Dill Cream Cheese

Sliced Bread



  • 2 Slices of Dempster’s® Signature Everything Bread
  • 2 Leaves of Butter or Boston Lettuce
  • 1 Heirloom Tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Vidalia Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, peeled, pitted, and thinly sliced
  • 1 Small Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 Pepperoncini Peppers, stems removed and thinly sliced
  • 1/3 Cup (75g) Alfalfa Sprouts

Garlic Herb Cream Cheese:

  • 1 x 8 oz (226g) Package of Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 1/4 Cup (60g) Chopped Herbs (Chives, Fresh Basil, and Dill)
  • 1 Small Clove of Garlic, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp (15g) Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp (5g) Milk, more if too thick


  1. Prepare Garlic Herb Cream Cheese Spread by adding all ingredients into a food processor/stand mixer and pulse until whipped and well combined.
  2. Spread each slice of bread with garlic herb cream cheese.
  3. Layer bread with lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, bell peppers, avocado, cucumber, and pepperoncini peppers, and top with the remaining slice of bread.
