Ingredients
- 4 slices of Villaggio Artesano® Sourdough Bread
- 2 Chicken Breasts: Grilled and Sliced
- 1 tsp (5g) Orange Zest
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Orange Juice
- 1 cup (250g) Iceberg Lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup (62.5ml) Yuzu Sauce
- 2 tbsp (30g) Miso
- 1 Ttsp (5g) Granulated Sugar
- 1 tbsp (15g) Sesame Paste
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Yuzu Juice
- 1 tsp (5ml) Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Red Onion, sliced thin
- 4 1/2 Oz (125g) Cucumber Ribbons
- 4 1/2 Oz (125g) Carrot Ribbons
Directions
- Toss chicken with orange zest and orange juice
- In a mixing bowl, toss the lettuce with yuzu sauce, miso, sugar, sesame paste, yuzu juice, soy sauce, and red onion
- Layer 2 slices of bread with lettuce mixture, then add chicken and top with cucumber and carrot ribbons
- Drizzle with more sauce, from the lettuce mix and top with the remaining slice of bread
