Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Villaggio® Italian Style Thick Slice 100% Whole Wheat Bread
  • 4 tbsp (15g) Pesto
  • 4 tbsp (15g) Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Castelvetrano Olives, chopped
  • 8 slices Salami
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 slices Capicola
  • 1/2 cup (125g) Marinated Artichokes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Sundried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup (125g) marinated Mushrooms
  • 1 cup (250g) Arugula
  • 1 tub of 4oz (125g) Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Giardiniera

Directions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk Pesto and Mayonnaise together, then, evenly divide and spread over 4 slices bread
  2. Over 2 slices of bread, sprinkle the Olives and layer with Salami, Prosciutto and Capicola
  3. Add Artichokes, Sundried Tomatoes and Marinated Mushrooms
  4. Add Arugula, Sliced Mozzarella and a dollop of Giardiniera
  5. Top with remaining slices of bread to complete sandwich and serve
