Ham & Cheese Sandwich with Apricot Chutney

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Villaggio Artesano® Original White Bread
  • 4 tbsp (60g) Goat Cheese
  • 1 Anjou Pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Applewood Smoked Ham
  • 4 tbsp (60g) Apricot Chutney
  • 4 tbsp (60g) Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Dijon

Directions

  1. Spread 2 slices of bread with 2 tbsp (30g) of goat cheese each
  2. Layer with ham and pear slices
  3. Add 2 tbsp (30g) of apricot chutney to each
  4. Spread the other 2 slices of bread with 2 tbsp (30g) of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon each and complete by topping onto previously prepped bread
