Prosciutto Brie Baguette

Ingredients

Sandwich:

  • 1 pack Villaggio Artesano® Roasted Garlic Baguettes
  • 4 tbsp (60g) Herbed Butter
  • 3 1/2 oz (100g) Prosciutto
  • 7 oz (200g) Brie, sliced
  • 1 cup (250g) Arugula
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove of Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5ml) fresh Lemon juice

Herbed Butter:

  • 8 tbsp (120g) Butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) fresh Tarragon, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) fresh Chervil, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) fresh Chives, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) Lemon Zest
  • Flaky Sea Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare baguettes according to package directions
  2. Prepare herbed butter by combining all ingredients until well incorporated
  3. Toss arugula with Dijon mustard, garlic and lemon juice
  4. Cut the baguettes lengthwise and spread both sides with herb butter
  5. Layer with prosciutto, brie and top with dressed arugula
