Yummy Italian Style School Lunch Deli Sandwich

        A classic sandwich recipe that is perfect for a school lunch or a quick and easy dinner.  This sandwich is packed with flavorful deli meats like prosciutto, salami, and capicola, as well as fresh mozzarella cheese and arugula. It's a delicious combination of savoury and tangy flavours that is sure to satisfy.
      
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Sliced White Bread
 - 16 slices of Pepperoni
 - 8 slices of Capicolla
 - 8 slices of Calabrese Salami
 - 1 Ball of Fresh Mozzarella, sliced
 - 1 Tomato, thinly sliced
 - 1 Roasted Red Pepper, thinly sliced
 - 1 cup (250mL) Fresh Baby Arugula
 - 2 tbsp (30mL) of Pesto
 - 2 tbsp (30mL Balsamic Vinegar
 - 2 tbsp (30mL) Mayonnaise
 - Coarse Kosher Salt or Sea Salt
 - Freshly Ground Pepper
 
Directions
- Evenly divide and spread the pesto on 2 slices of bread
 - Evenly divide and spread mayonnaise on the remaining 2 slices of bread
 - Toss arugula with balsamic vinegar, and set aside
 - Over the pesto bread slices, evenly layer pepperoni, capicola, salami, mozzarella, balsamic tossed arugula, and top each with 3 or 4 tomato slices
 - Season with salt and pepper
 - Top with mayonnaise bread slices
