Ingredients
- 1 slice Stonemill® Bakehouse Roasted Garlic & Sea Salt Bread
- 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil
- 1/3 cup (40g) goat cheese
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5-6 large shavings Pecorino cheese
- 3-4 leaves basil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C)
- Brush Roasted Garlic and Sea Salt Bread with olive oil
- Set bread on a pan lined with parchment paper
- Spread goat cheese on one slice of bread
- Add some sliced tomatoes to the same slice
- Sprinkle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, pepper, and pecorino cheese
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
